Carøe Couture – A Boutique Designed for Elegance

The female part of Bønnelycke MDD was especially thrilled when we were chosen to design the Carøe Couture boutique in Aarhus in 2000. Creating the perfect setting for Marianne Carøe’s exquisite and exclusive designs was both an honour and a delight.

A couture boutique is more than just a shop – it’s an experience. Every detail, from the layout to the materials, had to reflect the craftsmanship and elegance of Marianne Carøe’s designs. Soft lighting, carefully selected textures, and a sense of understated luxury helped shape a space that felt as timeless as the couture itself.

The result was a boutique where fashion and interior design merged seamlessly, offering a setting that complemented, rather than overshadowed, the intricate beauty of each garment. A space where customers could not only shop but immerse themselves in the artistry of haute couture.
