Bellinger House – Raw Elegance Meets Sophisticated Design

Designing the interior of Bellinger House was about striking the perfect balance between raw structure and refined elegance. The foundation of the space is an industrial aesthetic, defined by exposed concrete walls and floors, which create a bold yet understated backdrop. At the heart of the house stands a breathtaking cast staircase – a sculptural statement that commands attention.

The minimalist approach is softened by carefully curated design solutions. A long plank table sits centrally, providing a communal workspace for employees, illuminated by specially orange coloured MIB spotlights. Along the perimeter, glass-partitioned offices preserve a sense of openness and collaboration, with each glass wall seamlessly integrating into a bespoke storage unit.

Beyond the main workspace, the layout flows naturally into the canteen area, where another long table offers a place to gather, complemented by panoramic views and a thoughtfully designed kitchen. Every detail of Bellinger House respects the raw architectural framework, with sophisticated and elegant elements introduced to balance and enrich the space. The result is an environment that embodies both the boldness of industrial design and the finesse of modern craftsmanship.
