Three Tables – Three Expressions

The three tables explore the combination of solid wood and a precisely defined metal frame, creating a simple architectural expression with a strong emphasis on proportion, construction and detail.

Each table has its own character and function. One is reduced to a slender solid wood tabletop resting above the metal frame, while the two more substantial designs incorporate storage in different ways – one opening at the centre to reveal a concealed storage compartment, the other featuring a discreet pull-out drawer.

Designed alongside the Spoke-Back and Slot-Back sofas for Brdr. Andersen, the tables share their considered use of wood and metal, creating a natural dialogue between the different designs.
